This post is a real accident, as I thought I would see what would happen if I clicked the press this button, so now I know.

In truth I was just hoping it was just a way to give a vote to the above post, which I am doing in a way as a link is worth so much.

I am fairly sure I will delete this at some stage, but then again it is handy for the odd blog post that I do not know where to write.

On that point it was nice to here from an old colleague who said my posts have improved, which makes me feel hugely satisfied. I am sure I have a long way to go, but my writting skills have improved I think as a result of the number of posts I have written over the last 2 years and the books I now read, a real positive on a personal front as this has been one of my weaknesses over the years.

I also want to reiterate that this blog is not about correct grammar, Lucky really I suppose!!

Who the hell do they think they are, no f***ing customer service and a complete bunch of liers. I am not sure who direct this to but certainly the MD.

I have had a moan about them before in that after using them to host wordpress I find it doesn’t completely work and with no appology. In the end I gave up arguing as it became a complete waste of my energy.

But bugger me 6 months later I have another issue with my blog, for some reason after 12 months recruitment views still doesn’t turn up in Google.co.uk, I know find out its because the ip address of lycos.co.uk isnt in the UK and as a result doesn’t get listed in the UK.

Well that was the last straw so I shall now take all my sites out of Lycos and spread the word.

Still the whole point of this site is really to ramble about everything without worrying about what people think when they read it!

So today I just wanted to say how impressed I am with the talent there is on Flickr, some of whom without sophisticated camera equipment can produce such fantastic pieces of work.

The problem with this internet is it is so easy to be distracted.

Now “The Righteous Men” by Sam Bourne was an excellent book probably my favorite from last year, it was easy to read and was in fact the first fiction book I have read since I was at school about 25 years ago to put it into perspective.

I have to admit when I picked up the book and read the first few pages I had the feeling I wasnt going to enjoy the book, the reason I really cannot remember now.

Still a few pages into the book I just couldnt put it down, it was a pleasure to read, you know that feeling you have to keep reading because you want to know what happens next, well Sam does this to perfection.

I will not go into too much detail but the story is a kind of detective yarn, from an investigative reporters point of view, still it wouldn’t have been difficult for Sam or should I say his real name is Jonathan Freedland who is a Journalist for the Guardian and the Evening Standard.

Basically it is about the end of time or the coming of Armageddon mixed with the kidnapping of Wills wife to give this book the perfect mix of a best selling thriller.

So as promised and so as to catch up I said I would review the two books I read while I was flying. I will not go into too much detail so as not to spoil and not to bore you the reader.

So what did I think of the Jesus Papers. First I have to say I really did enjoy the book it appealed to the subject material that I like but at the end of the day it was well written.

The strange thing is that when I picked up the book I did not realise it was the same author and book that was involved in the controversy with “La Da Vinci Code”. Having now read the book I personally feel that Michael did have a case to argue.

For me the book flows and re affirms what I believe in regards to Jesus and really follows on from a book I read quite a few years back “The Jesus Conspiracy” by Holger Kersten and Elmer R.Gruber, which goes into the cover up with the Turin Shroud. Interestingly their comments about the Shrouds possible validity is becoming a distinct possibility.

Also a point here in regards to what Holger and Elmer postulate with their book is that it was a cover up by the catholic church in that if the Turin Shroud was that of Jesus then because of the blood patterns on the Shroud proves he did not die!

Now Michael takes the posibility that Jesus didn’t die from another perspective with other documents. Now I am not going to go on from here as I do not want to get into the politics of faith, but I will say it has not weakened my beliefs and faith and if anything it has helped.

It is just the… nope I will not go further but for me it was a good read which I could not put down.

So in the next couple of post I will run through what has been happening if it isnt too boring.

What makes it worse is there was no correspondence reporting the problem, their phone lines were on answer phone, and now that it is back up no apologies or even an explanation from them either.

It was a very frustrating time and I am glad it is over, but it is something you wouldn’t expect from a large company.

Or am I just a blogger junkie!!

Still this was also an excuses to post this angry picture, which I may use for my avatars what do you think?

So now my main blog doesn’t work correctly and today my site has been down most of the day hence the picture here don’t show, talk about a bad virus.

So what every you do dont get your blog hosted with Lycos, wordpress dosnt work on it either.

Oh while I am at it and someone from wordpress reads this I am very disapointed that you did not even reply to my email on this. I would have assumed you would be as disapointed as me!!!
